The Stage 4 TH400 was designed for the extreme high performance street or all out race car. This Transmission is built with a Reid bell adapter installed. The bellhousing will need to be purchased separately. Our Full Manual Competition Transmissions will give you consistent shifts as well as complete control over shift points. Handles up to 1800 horsepower at the wheels. The Stage 4 TH400 has a Forward and Reverse Shift Pattern and requires no vacuum hookups or kickdown linkage. This means there are no external linkages to be purchased, which saves some expense. The increased line pressure provides a harder, quicker shifts.
